extLink Dummy

The dummy implementationof the external Link is provides to use the visual system without a valid external link implementation. All functions of the extLink Base class are implemented as empty functions.

To use the external link, subclass extLink.h and implement your prefered external Link. See extLinkVCL for a example implementation.
