Projection Designer Introduction

Projection Designer is based on "Projection Designer" 1.1.0 by Toshiyuki Takahei (takahei<at>orihalcon.jp). I contacted Toshiyuki, but after fixing some bugs in PD 1.1.0, I got no answers on all my mails, so I decided to publish PD 1.1.5 on this site.

Maybe a complete redevelopment of PD, only based on OSG and Qt will be started 2011/2012. This way some major improvements could be realized... ...any volunteer? ;)
